- How do I get customer names on square text and email receipts? They need that to be able to claim rebates. Thanks Michael

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, and thanks for reaching out with your question!
There are two ways you could handle this. First, you could add a note to your transaction in the app, including the customer's full name and mobile number in the note section. This will then appear on their digital receipt.
To add a note from your app follow these steps:
1. From the payment screen, tap Review Sale.
2. Tap an item or custom amount to add notes > Add note.
3. Tap Save to save the note and return to the current sale.
Alternatively, you could create a Square Invoice, which allows you to add more details in the invoice description and enter the clientโs details in the customer name fields.
