Marketing Tab disappeared on online sectio

There was an Marketing tab on the side menu afew days ago, and it had an email section where you could add email lists and compose and design emails.

 

That whole section has disappeared. And the email lists.

 

Is it possible to access that again?

 

Does the paid email marketing give you access to that.

 

This is driving me nuts!

If you are no longer seeing the Marketing tab in the left-hand menu on your online Square Dashboard, this might be because your Dashboard has been updated. You will find the Marketing page when navigating to Customers > Marketing. See the below screenshot for reference.

Hey @Laurie_ cheers for your answer. That particular customer- Marketing tab is missing some of the email lists we had. (IE. wholsale email lists)and the design templates are totally different.

Hmm, this may be because you previously had a subscription for Square Marketing that may have expired, such as the free trial. You'll be able to check this from your online Square Dashboard when navigating to Account & Settings > Business Information > Pricing & subscriptions.

Have a look and let me know if you are seeing anything listed for Square Marketing on this page.

Thanks for confirming, @Badhabitrecords.

It sounds like you may have started creating a campaign without reaching the final 'Review Campaign' page where you are then prompted to either start your free email marketing trial or subscribe to the monthly subscription.

If that's the case, you should still be able to find your draft campaigns, provided you saved these when exiting away from the page. To locate your draft campaigns, navigate to Customers > Marketing > Campaigns. You will then be able to select the title of your campaign to resume editing. 
 

Hopefully, your list of customers is still saved to your draft, otherwise, you will need to add these again.

Hey there @wawuruprints,

Sorry to hear you're running into a similar issue with missing campaigns!

When you navigate to your Campaigns page and filter to show Drafts only, do you see anything on your end? I've included a screenshot below of what this will look like from the online Square Dashboard.
