Is the no-show fee charge failing to apply?
I have set up everything for no show fee, but I still cannot charge the them, it allow me to cancel the appointment. It not allow me to charge the fee. I try to charge the fee and the system came out it say there is an error updating the appointment

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue with enforcing your cancellation policy. I'd like to ask a few questions to help us get to the bottom of this:
1. Was the appointment scheduled for within the last 14 days, or was it booked more than 14 days ago?
2. Was the appointment fully confirmed before the customer cancelled?
3. If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to apply the cancellation policy?
