We are starting a loyalty program through square for our club. We are asking for customers to join for $50 and it includes exclusive access to our loyalty program. Is it possible to just have these customers get access to the loyalty points?

Hi @jenwood๐,
Square doesn't currently offer a built-in feature to restrict access to a Square Loyalty Program based on specific customer groups. However, you can set up eligibility criteria for customers to earn points, which can be based on factors like the number of visits, spending thresholds, or even select items and categories.
While you do have the option to delete Square Loyalty accounts directly from customer profiles, this action is typically reserved for customer requests to be removed from the program or for addressing suspicious activity. Itโs not generally used to manage Loyalty enrolment.
Could you share more about how customers will earn rewards and what those rewards look like?
If your goal is to provide discounted products and services to a specific group of members, I wonder if Square Subscriptions might be a better fit for your needs. I'll wait to hear more from you first!

Oh that is really helpful, thank you. I could then set a min spend limit to be the membership price which would work nicely. Thanks so much for your response!
