I can’t seem to add shipping price to my online orders

So I’m having trouble adding a shipping price to my online orders I’ve gone through settings and everything but when I use my item links to checkout through link tree the shipping comes in at $0 instead of the price it should be and nothing I’ve done will fix it

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble adding shipping to your items! Just to confirm, when you're using item links, are you referring to Checkout Links or do you have a full website and you're sending links from the item listing on the website itself?

We have a support page that outlines the process of adding shipping rates here, though if you've already been through these steps and still can't get things going, our support team should be able to work out what's happening here. They'll be able to look into the back end of your account setup and try a few things, which is something we're not able to do via our community forum.
