We often change recurring series when clients need to amend the time. Sometimes we get the option to change "this and following" appointments however not often.
When we only have the option to amend the whole series, this adds appointments to past dates. This then creates a mess as these appointments are showing as "unpaid appointments" and gets confusing between admin staff.
Hopefully this makes sense. The main issue is the calendar doesn't have consistency and we are unable to keep on top of paid and unpaid appointments.
Is there a way around this? Is this a bug that can be fixed? This definitely never used to happen, seems to be a recent(ish) update.

Thanks for your post, @LVKmusic.
Looking at my own account, it appears that the time will be updated for all appointments in a series, including previous dates, though I'm unable to replicate the paid/unpaid appointment issue you're seeing here.
This sounds like something that will require further investigation by our Support team. They'll review your account with you and can escalate your case to our Engineers if needed. When you have a moment, please sign in to your account and visit this link to get in touch.
I'm sorry I couldn't provide more immediate assistance. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
