How do you change the primary location where stock is available from??

I'm setting up items for a pre sale. At first I was having issues with the visability and stock not showing correctly in the online store compared to the item library. I've since discovered that if you duplicate an item, it doesn't sync properly. So I've recreated all my items and they are now showing as visible but the stock is showing as 0. Looking at the first item in the online items, I went to Manage Stock and it was showing 2 locations (I've been experimenting with different locations to help with shipping profiles). I created a location for Anytime Cookies but have since deactivated it. However, my online items are showing this as the primary location and the only place stock will show from.

How do I remove this so that the only location is my T-LiciouS Cookies site?? I really need this fixed as I can't release my presale if my items aren't showing in stock.
