How can I create a payment link without having to sign into Weebly?
I need to create a payment link to provide to a webinar I am running so participants can sign up to the program I am launching. I usually use SquareUp for invoicing and for linking to Acuity Scheduling so people can book and pay for consultations with me. However when I go to create a "simple" payment link now .. I am told my email is linked to a Weekly account (news to me?) and I need to login to Weekly and create the payment link in Weebly. I don't understand.. I do not use Weebly. My website is hosted separately and I don't want to use Weebly. I have had no problem with SquareUp until now. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi @Arie .. thank you for your prompt reply 😊 I had an old weebly account under an old email address (which I don’t use with SquareUp so I’m not sure how it linked the two but regardless I have gone into my old weekly account and deactivated it but it still says I have an email linked to Weebly and I need to go there and set up my payment link. I only deactivated the old Weebly account today so maybe it needs a few hours to process my deactivation? So frustrating .. I just want to use my Square account without interference & my experience with SquareUp has been trouble free until now 😊

Usually, this issue only occurs when there is an older Weebly account associated with the same email address. When this happens, we would need to remove the older account or release the email associated with the account.
For this, we'll need you to reach out to our Support Team so they can check on their side whether there are multiple accounts associated with your information. We've ensured you'll be able to access phone support for the next 24 hours when calling from the number listed on your Square account.
