Help please

I have just finished editing my products on line but one keeps coming up as not available. It is marked as visible in back office but when I go to the website it’s unavailable and also I have a product title that one of the words split over 2 lines.

Hi, @Karlea, we can certainly get you to check a few of your item settings to see if we can resolve the issue you're seeing on your end.

1. Firstly, we'll get you to check that you have stock assigned to your item. When there is 0 stock assigned, this can impact the visibility of your online items.
2. Secondly, ensure you have assigned your preferred fulfilment option to your item. If there are no fulfilment options assigned to the item it will be unavailable online.
3. And lastly, we'll get you to double-check your current Item Sync settings are set to show newly created items as visible online.

In terms of the issue with the product title, are you able to include the full name of the product title in your reply? We can test this on our end to confirm what the expected behaviour should be.
