My website items are painfully slow to load and preview

Hello all, I’m finding when I preview my items that they take forever to load

 

This is on my PC and IPad…it’s so bad that I may be unable to use the site at all

 

I’d appreciate any help

As a first step, I would suggest referring to our Square Online Product Images guide to ensure the images you're uploading aren't exceeding the recommended 25 MB limit.

If you find your file sizes are currently exceeding Square's recommendations, you can search for free image compressors online that can help reduce the size of the file to increase loading speeds.

Hi @Sarah88,

 

I had a quick look today and it seems fine to me. Not sure if you reduced your image sizes, but the ones i checked today were all OK.
