time discrepancy between iPad clock-in and actual time.
Having an issue with time discrepancy.
For example- when a staff member clocks-in at 9am (time on iPad and actual time), the time is registered in Workday as clocked in at 10am. The time is set correctly as Pacific Time in both the iPad and our account but the time discrepancy remains.
One issue perhaps is that when we originally set up Square, we were on Mountain Time (1 hour difference). However, I have since set all the times in both our account and the hardware to Pacific Time but the time discrepancy remains.

Hmmm sounds like it could be an issue on Workday's end as well. If you have checked your hardware and account and they're set to the correct time zone, I would recommend checking Workday's settings as well.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to find a setting in Workday that would set the timezone but could not find it. Where can I find this setting?
