Would I be able to use Square if I am a gunsmith?

The Terms of Service state that I may not "use the Services for the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, weapons or other devices designed to cause physical harm".

Does this include repairing/working on firearms already in existence?

You can use Square Point of Sale to process transactions related to repairing firearms. It's just important to make sure you're not selling any parts, ammunition, or completed firearms.
