Square Appointments - Package Redeemed History

Hello

We sell packages of appointments and group classes. We see in the package History:

-Package redeemed (when the payment was taken through the package)

-Package purchased (see below)

Clients will ask what dates they actually used their package of 10 group classes.

Where do we see a list of the dates of the actual visits that the package was applied for?

Thank you

Hey there!

You can find the exact dates when a client used their package by checking their Customer Profile in Square. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your Square Dashboard and open the Customer Directory.
  2. Search for the client’s name to pull up their profile.
  3. Click on the "Appointments" or "Transactions" tab—this will show a history of all their visits, including the ones where their package was used.

If you need a more detailed breakdown, you can also check Sales Reports or Invoices in the Transactions section to match redemptions to the package purchase.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you need more details. 😊

Thank you for the help, but we are not understanding yet.

Let me set up the question better:
We run a relatively busy Pilates studio. We are looking at making the switch to using square appointments for our reservations.

Currently, every once in a while we have a situation where a client is convinced they should still have a few appointments left to use on their package, when in fact they have used up all 10 appointments on a package of 10.
At this point we need to send them a list of which appointments were booked on each package. This is not always the chronologically the last 10 visits, ...so many things can happen (example, a spouse buys client a gift card and client books a few visits on the gift card, and then resume using the 10 pack. OR, even more confusingly, somehow two 10 packs get mixed up, they pre-book one, buy the next 10 pack, cancel an upcoming appointment from a previous 10 pack, book an appointment even further in the future on the now available previous 10 pack. Now it's anyone’s guess which appointments are associated with which package)
It can sometimes turn into a real mess.

Every scheduling system we have ever used (Mindbody, then Acuity, currently Bsport) has had a way to see which appointments are booked on to which package.

We can not find that in formation on Square appointments. (It obviously has to be there in the programs code, we just don't understand how we can access that information) Without access to this information we absolutely can't take the decision to switch over to square appointments. From our perspective this is a very basic function.

We looked again though what was kindly mentioned by @Stacelyn24 (Thank you Stacy) but we are still only seeing on the package the time stamp of every time the package was used to book an appointment. We are however not finding which appointments the package was used for (not finding the appointment time, as in the time the the client actually visited our business on a given package)

Thanks for the help!
