Is there a way to retrieve the email address that a receipt was sent to?
There is a transaction we are trying to identify the customer for.
I feel the best way to do this is to retrieve the email address that the receipt was sent to. (It was emailed for certain.)
Is there a place where this can be displayed or printed?

@suzuki12 If you recorded your customer's information during the sale -- i.e. you tapped 'Create Customer' in the app and saved their email address -- you'll be able to see their name, email address, and payment information in the Customers section of your online Square Dashboard.
If you didn't record their information this way, but your customer requested an emailed receipt, you won't be able to see their email address but you will be able to send them a Direct Message from your online Customer Directory.
You can also look up their payment in the Transactions tab of your online Dashboard. There are a few different ways to search for a payment; click the dropdown box that says Card # (it's just below the date range) to see additional search options.
If you aren't able to find their email or send them a Direct Message please call our CS team who can try to reach out to the customer on your behalf.
