Terminal Tickets
Not sure where this goes, but did Square remove the ability to create/open Tickets from the Terminal?

The ability for tickets is still available on the Terminal, but you will have to make sure the option is turned on.
Check out this Support Article for the steps on how to do that.

I have noticed the same issue. This feature is working fine on our ipads, however on the Terminal (handheld machine) there is no longer the option to allow for tickets, which is really frustrating.
I have selected 'More' but there is no 'add-on' option. And I don't see the information anywhere else under settings or anywhere else. Has Square remove the ability to create/open Tickets from the Terminal maybe accidentally?

I noticed the original post here is a bit old so we could most likely be looking at 2 separate/different issues. I would recommend our Troubleshooting Guide for Square Terminal. If after completing those steps your issue persists then you will want to reach out to our support team here.
