Square Online discount does not work, but works on POS

Hi there!

I setup a discount for a Black Friday sale on a few items on my site. This works correctly on the POS but even though I check the box to apply these to my square online website, it does not work on website. Can anyone help?

Hey Pansare! That sounds frustrating, especially with Black Friday around the corner!  Have you tried syncing your discounts manually in the Square Online dashboard? Sometimes, changes take a little time to update. Also, double-check if the discount is set for ‘Online’ under the discount settings.
