I am looking for a sample code snippet in PHP of how I can make a square API call to get all my square products and corresponding info such as category sku price etc. My intention is to run this once per day and update a database on my website with the information. This way I can populate my e-commerce store and when customer processes order I can hopefully pass the information to orders API to get an itemized transaction

We currently don't have PHP examples for exactly what you're looking for but a great place to start is with the the Catalog Steup documentation and Inventory Setup documentation.
