Loyalty Points not being added after purchase

Last bug was fixed!

 

I do want to bring attention to another bug we found. After a purchase, occasionally, points will not get added to a customers account. It says after the purchase that it "failed to connect to loyalty during this transaction". Something pops up on the customer screen so we know their points didn't get added but it is a newer bug. This did not occur before. I will attach what the customer screen says when it does it again!
