Is it possible to add a text banner under the header but above main image?

I would like to add a text banner under the header but above the main image on the home page. How do I do this? Ideally the text banner contains 2 or more separate columns with links.

Hi there again @StudioFairly- Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community.

In the Editor, the site layouts can be changed for the main banner below the navigation menu as well as the text and label toggles on the main banner, as shown below.

Hello, unfortunately there does not seem to be a layout option where there is a text banner above the main banner image - the first option has the text banner below. Are there any other ways around this?

I can totally see the need for a feature like this and how beneficial it could be for customers. At this time there isn't a known work around for this request.
