If you subscribe to Square Online’s Premium plan, Square for Restaurants Plus, Square for Retail Plus or have questions about your Square Register or Square Terminal, you get access to 24/7 phone support with your unique Square Customer Code.
Square Support is available via phone on 1800 760 137 during our standard opening hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm AET, Monday to Friday. Our standard opening hours are 9:00 am and 5:00 pm AET, Monday to Friday. If you need to reach us outside these hours, please call us on 1800 760 137 and quote the customer code to gain access to 24/7 service.
To access your customer code:
1. Log in to your Square account.
2. From Square Support Centre, click Ask our support assistant.
3. Type ‘customer code’ in the chat and click on the Customer Code link.
4. Select your location > Next.
5. Your customer code will appear with our contact options.
Note: This customer code is used to validate your Square account. Treat it as you would any other sensitive account information.
