I didn't see a feedback thread on the Team Management Feature or I missed it.
On the scheduling side is it possible to get a toggle on team members to exclude them from scheduling?
I.E. Office staff with access that don't work at a location but have access to POS for all locations show up on the scheduling list. This would reduce the visual clutter and exempt someone from the clock/clock out restrictions.

I would love to be a part of this testing. Definitely something we need and would be incredibly helpful to have it in one place and UI.

Yesterday all the shifts I scheduled for our team disappeared, past present and future. I think they are there somewhere, since if I try to add a shift it shows warns that one already exists, but the whole grid is blank now. Any suggestions on how to recover from this?

I had the exact same thing happen to me this morning. I’m really hoping they can recover the data because I spent hours creating my schedule through the end of the year.

Getting a behavior I am not sure if it is intended or not but has to do with schedules matching up to clock in clock outs.
Background: I have multiple nearby locations, and will occasionally have people clock in at one location before travelling to a second location (the 2 locations are considered separate cost centers). Before using scheduling it is easy to change location for reporting purposes after they clock in. With scheduling I am getting greyed out areas where I cannot edit the location. In example one it will put the employee last name shaw with her shift but at the wrong location. The employee last name lluis even though I edit her location will not overlap her scheduled location. At some point I am unable to edit the shift without deleting and re-entering the shift.

Hi @Donnie-M,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This seems like a very unique case. Currently, we do not allow sellers to edit the location of a shift once an employee has clocked in to the shift.
As a work around, you could create a different shift for each location, but I do realize that is extra work. I've relayed this to the Product Manager. Perhaps it is something we can implement in the future.

Yes, the oddity here is it posting the one employee who is scheduled at a different location but clocks in at another location as though the shift is being filled (shaw); however, the lluis employee her shift never pastes over the schedule shift even if I manually change the location.
@ashanth if you look at the following screenshot Employee #1 & #2 the system did not correspond the shift to the schedule. Employee #3 & #4 did not have a schedule in & employee #5 it matched her schedule with the shift. I am wondering the following:
#1 does saving a shift template while under 1 location have any hidden coding that makes it still attach to the original location even when used for a 2nd location.
#2 is it being affected by early or late clock in's clock outs. Or is this intended to show the out of bounds clock in/clock out.
#3 based on #2 would shading with red or flags be a better way to show the out of bounds clock in/clock out similar to breaks.

Hi @seiderman ,
Would you mind taking a look at this? This is the unique case we were speaking about earlier. Is this a bug?
