Square’s customer service

2021 year tax,The IRS sent me a statement saying I have TWO square (block,inc)accounts under my social security number, but I only signed up for one Business account. I have the fraudulent account number but apparently Squares customer service can’t resolving this over chat and there’s no number to call. What should I do? How is this possible? Why can’t I get quality customer service from square to resolve this issue or at least a call back.

Square does have a customer service phone number it is in my signature line below.

I had someone try to open a BofA account using my SS#, when I called their support number the person there said the account was opened Online from California, I am in PA.  The girl helping me gets her SS report and hers shows 4 different Jobs adding to her SS from all over the country and she has no idea how to fix this.  Someone she knows gets paid through ADP for example and it shows 2 paychecks for her, one to her bank account and one to a bank in Nevada.  So sounds like someone used your SS# to start a fake Square account using your stolen ID.

The problem is I’m not able to speak with anyone in square, everything is chat or email. I spoke with the police an they gave me steps to resolve this on July 28 2023. I needed square (BLOCK inc)to send me information but there’s nobody to speak to anymore and they won’t send out information from the chat .Unfortunately since this second account went to the IRS it threw my taxes off so the IRS says I owe them 10000 dollars for 2021. The IRS has given me more information then square chat about how this could have happened and how many people this has happened too.
