Help me to get a refund for almost $350 domain renewal. I am BROKE!

I created a temporary website for an estate sale. I saw nowhere to change renewal or cancel. Now I have been charged $342 that I can't afford. My account is overdrawn! The square invoice link keeps sending me to Weebly, which is no help at all. I have been trying to cancel the domain for months, but I did not sign up for Weebly and it looks like an fake unmanned site. Pleas HELP ME!

Hi Chileplease,

 

Unfortunately the Community is NOT Customer and/or Tech Support !!

 

You need to contact who ever you started with to establish and/or setup account.

 

The Community has no idea as your account details or other info - WHY - this is a volunteer Community meaning no one here has access to your account details.

 

Yes,  there are authorized "Folks" that monitor the POSTS however, even those people may not be able to assist.   Sorry for the a response that does not solve your issue but, that's the way things work.  If someone else from the Community has a solution,  hopefully they will respond.
