Cant log in to my account

When I enter my email address and password, I am sent back to the login page again. I am trying to update my payment information, as the last charge for the website went to the wrong account and was not processed. How can I fix this if it won't let me log in?

Hi Isabellelmx,

 

Unfortunately the Community is not Customer or Tech Support - if all else fails, you may want to consider contacting Customer Support.  Having said that, have you tried requested a password change (forgot password) ?

Another suggestion, try deleting your web browser's temp files, cache, history, etc., then close the browser, reopen and retry.  Last option before contacting Customer Support is to try a different web browser.  Perhaps others here may have some additional thoughts.
