I recently received my school check through direct deposit on Cashapp. (this will be the second one I have received.) I only made a few transactions and my card got flagged for "unusual activity". I am not able too use my cashapp at all, I am assuming they "froze" or locked my account, problem is, That's the only money I have and I can't access it. Cashapp won't help me, they told me too order a new card, so I did. Still waiting for it in the mail. CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Is your Cashapp linked to a bank account - could you just access the funds from your bank?

Sorry you are running into issues with Cashapp! 

 

Even though Cashapp is a parent company to Square, here on Square side we cannot provide any support for Cash app. We don't have access to anything with their system.

 

I understand how important it is needing your funds right away.  I have been there, and know how stressful and frustrating it feels not having your money. 

 

But you have to continue to work with Cashapp to get this resolved. We unfortunately cannot provide any support on this end.
