Error when ordering a new Card

Hi,

• I've restarted the phone
• Uninstalled the app
• Reinstalled the app
• Contacted Square

When ordering a new card, I click Get Free Cash Card >> Classic Black >> Order Card >> Confirm Shipping Address (Next) >> Confirm Name (Next) >> Enter Cash Pin >> "(X) An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."

I'm using an android.

Any solutions and answers to why this is happening?
