different image ratio in each category

Can I have a different image ratio in each category as I sell images in portrait and landscape.

Thank you for any help you can give.

Thanks for your post, @mickplev. At this time it isn't possible to specify a different image ratio for individual categories - it's a storewide setting. We did recently highlight to the broader team that some store owners would like to have more granularity with this, though.

I am new to weebly and am just setting up but find this image ration a real problem as I sell high end limited edition are in both portrait and Landscape. Evet other festure im finding woeks well for me except this one. I dont want this to be the deal breaker. Cheers

Thanks for the feedback, @Artozan. I believe this is something that is being considered, although I don't have any kind of eta to provide. Can you please post a link to your site so we can get an idea of how the image limitation affects your products? Thanks!

Hi Adam & community. I'm building a website for an art dealer and we need to be able to show portrait and landscape images. I know that the setting for image ratio applies to the whole store (ugh). What would you recommend that we do? Are there are any examples of stores selling art that have found a way around this issue? I'm thinking that we will have to do a landscape ratio and that portrait images will just be very small until a person clicks on it. It's really not elegant though.

I agree it's not very efficient for the type of items you have, @ckirkmarketing If I come across a sample site I'll see if I'm able to post it here.
