Image ratio

Hi,

All of my images show up square. Why would I want that when cameras take rectangular images??????

Under settings>>general, I checked that item image ratio was set to 4:3. Still square.

Which image did you want square, @yebaws? Is it images on category pages or the larger product image you see on an individual item page?

Actually I wanted them rectangular, and I've worked out how to do it, thank you. Slightly less than intuitive interface, but I'm getting the hang of it now...

I have same problems. I create the image for 3:2 and set item image ratio 3:2 but it is cropped.

How can I fix?

Thanks for your post, @Katsu. The Order Online page will only display images as 1:1, unlike the Shop All page. If you want to use the Order Online template, I would edit your images so they have some extra white space to make them 1:1, e.g. add white space to top and bottom for 3:2 images.
