Weebly is blocked in Senegal, Africa

@Adam @whitemonkey  contacted me to tell you that he can't load any weebly blogs or go to his site editor.  He says it's blocked there. He said it was blocked before in another country and support was able to get it unblocked.

@Adam  He can now get to his weebly blog. I told him to use the browser Opera and the builtin free VPN.  That worked for him.
