Unable to login - password reset not working

I have been unable to log in and the password reset function is not working i.e. I have not recieved a reset email to the associated account ([personal info removed]). I went through the recovery process and gave my alternate email ([personal info removed]) as contact. I recieved an email asking me to log in with [personal info removed] which is a username that I am unfamiliar with and it said to use [personal info removed] to communicate if the password is unknown. I do not know this email address and do not have access to it nor should anyone else have access to my site to change the infomation. The webite is still running (chandrareese.weebly.com), please help me regain access.

Hi,@Dave_n_Chandra.

I'm not sure why you were told to log in with the email address you don't recognize. I checked the account that has the website you mentioned and it's under an email address very similar to the others you gave. I would reply to the email you have with our support team and clarify if they're looking at the right account.
