Hi Guys
I had previous had my account sarahfish@education.com. I need to re-activate and whilst, contacting someone at weebly directly, I'm still having no luck at opening the original page, that I have put a lot of time/effort into doing.
Please help. Have been in Account settings, and the advice I was given was to try to access with an old email, I tried the old email, but the password, it states, is 'invalid'.

You have access to the email address for the account, right? I can manually reset the password and email it to that address.

Can you try resetting the password to the account with this form, @sfish?
Enter in the email address that you used for the account, and it will send an email to it with a link to reset your password.

Hi Adam, we are having a similar issue. Even when we do a password reset it says the account is inactive? Our website has also been pulled down??? Are you able to look at this?
email starts with “jade@guil......
if you you need to contact me please use the master email or this email (manager@)

Thanks for posting, @NatsArt123. It looks like you have more than one account and that site is in an account under a different email address. If you aren't sure what email you used, log out of the account you are in now and submit a request to our support team using the account recovery form.
