Search function not working

I don't know what's happened but none of the items I test search for are showing up anymore

I tried using the word oil as there are a number of oil timers on there and they used to work but now nothing. Same for everything else I tried.

The only time it has worked is when I went back in and edited a product then resaved and published. But I don't want to do that to over 600 products

Please help ASAP!

It looks like the re-index was just started this morning. It can often take several hours for that to complete - I would give it a little longer, and if that doesn't help let CS know so they can escalate.

Even after the re-index, the search function on TurnipseedTravel.com is not working.

It looks like a re-index was starting this morning about 4 hours or so ago. It can take a while for that to complete, particularly with larger sites. I would give it until later tomorrow at least before testing again, @RyanWright. Sorry for the wait!

Still no further forward after you submitting the details - can we get this squared away please? We keep having important features like this disrupted and it's infuriating. It's bad enough for your clients who run one website, but when your clients who run the designer platform face these problems, it's replicated many times over and causes huge amounts of time dedicated to responding to various clients about the same problem - which we have no control over. It's really not good enough.

Please, can we get this fixed ASAP.

Our engineers are going to do a re-index on a larger scale, although if you let me know the address or addresses of affected sites I can start re-indexes of those sooner.

Still not working?  I am trying to search for some general titles I have used (like Proposals or Scope) to get a list of any documents loaded but that doesn't work.  Does the search function not look at titles?
