That site looks to be in a different account than the one tied to your Community profile. If you aren't sure what email address you used, log out of the account you are in now and then submit a request using our account recovery form.

That means that you have more than one account with us, and it's under a different email address than the account you are logged into right now.

Is there a way for you to tell me what email or the prefex?

The other 2 emails I have are telling me there is no record of an account.
