Navigation menu is missing on live site

Hi, 

I recently updated my website design and now the navigation menu is missing. There's nothing in the SEO header code. I've tried removing the header image as well as switching themes and the problem remains. Navigation menu is viewable in the builder.

Fixed. Had removed header code from settings but not from the individual pages. Navigation is back
