My site disappeared! Help

Hi,

I was editing and trying to add a new site to my account Music Creators, then the main site disappeared!

The website is www.musiccreators.com.au

Could you please help to see if it was deleted? I cannot see it anymore when i try to edit it.

Thank you,

Bock

I had to scroll up a little bit to see it:

I went ahead and selected the site for you, so if you refresh it should show the dashboard as having selected that site for you.

Sorry for the trouble, @Bock! All you need to do is click the drop-down arrow next to "My Site" on the top of your dashboard, then select your other site from the list of sites in your account.

Hi Adam,

THank you very much for getting back, I did click that button but my original site "Music Creators" just became a blank "My Site"!

I cant find the "Music Creators" site anymore on my laptop web browser, I can only see:

"My Site" - Blank site

"Southside String Festival - SSSF"

"Vue Con 2017" - Blank Site

But when I download the Weebly apps on my phone and logged in, I can still see my site "Music Creators" and edit it.

Could you please help to have a look??

Thank you

I'm having this same problem. I have 2 sites on one account and one is still there but the other has disappeared. When I go to the drop down to switch sites, it's not even listed. Thanks in advance for any help!

This same thing happened to me, but I didn't realize it until now as it was a thing I was doing a few years ago but didn't touch for a long time. The address is blue-nebula.weebly.com. I don't know why it disappeared from my account but its still published.

Looks like you also have more than one account, @QTIPSTER. Try logging in using your email address that starts with peacefultrippyheadband1960s@.

Hi @HoopS Can you try opening the editor in a new browser window in private/incognito mode? I can see your sites when I click the dropdown menu on the left.

Hi @Bernadette

Thanks, It seems to have worked today, managed to delete the new one I started so it is just my main site now.

There is another question you may be able to help me with...

Alot of people I have sent my web link www.markhoopersound.com,  can't access my site.

It comes up with "DNS problems, cant connect to server" or similar messages.

Out of the 14 people I sent a link to , 4 could not access the site. Which is kindoff embarasing and a bit of a problem when it is a portfolio site.

I myself seem seem to be able to access it in chrome, but not in chrome ingotnito.

Other people cant access it in chrome ingognito, some cant see it on Samsungs, some on Iphones, Some on Mac, Some on PC.

Seemilgy there is no rhyme or reason to when it is occouring? could this DNS problem stem from the servings or page settings?

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi @HoopS. I don't see any reason why someone wouldn't be able to access your site. The site has the SSL enabled properly.. Do you happen to know what ISP the affected users are using?
