Mobile Site Navigation menu does not work

My site works okay with desktop mode but i realised its mobile site doesn't have navigation working. 

Please check www.vanuatupassports.net and its nav doesn't work

have u got some external plug in/3rd party app running that's interfering with ur pages?

have u customized ur theme with css html code?     if so, try reverting back to an orginal theme to rule this out
