Adding text overlay on slideshows

Is there a way to add text overlay on slide show other than placing text on image itself.

Are you working with the slideshow element, or a header slideshow?  With our slideshow element, captions can be displayed on the top of bottom slides.  Edit the images of your slideshow and enter your text as the caption for the image.  To change where the caption displays, click on the element, then click on the Captions Location option.

I made a slideshow and added text but after i pressed "save" none of the captions showed up. What should I do?

Hi Adam. I think what you answered with describes a caption, and my guess is that the user wishes to do want I also want to do: add large text on a photo itself, in a carousel. Any solution?

Have you tried checking out the App Center? Otherwise, I suggest editing the image in a photo editor first and then uploading.
