Image not showing up in the editor interface

I uploaded an image that I can't see on the editor side but is visible in the public view page.
I need to cancel it that but I can't do it.
I experienced some glitches today uploading images. That's the first time ever.
I've already cleared the cache without success.
Can you help? Please.

I've made a copy of that page and now I can see that image on the editor site (it is the last one without a link)

possible that while I was working on it, there werw some ongoing system updates?
Just asking because now the user interface is slightly different, all menus in English, which is fine (been based in Iatly tehy were in Italina before).
Or because since we are two people working sometimes simustaneously on two websites on my space, we can affect what the other one is doing?

Hi Angelo. it's possible it was a temporary cache error. Usually if someone else is editing at the same time you'll see a prompt letting you know. 

You can change the language for your account from the main dashboard by scrolling all the way down to the bottom right corner. 

I also recommend editing in private/incognito mode going forward.
