How to hide "Log In" button on mobile version of site

Even though the option in Settings> Members> "Show "Log In" in site menu" is unchecked, a "Log In" button is still visible on the mobile version of the site. How can it be disabled or hidden there? It's hidden on the desktop version.

If you temporarily switch to a different theme and publish, does it fix that for you @AL-X?
