How do you repeat the background for mobile?

Recently added some other stuff to the bottom of the webpage (starwarsbattlingdrones.com) and now the mobile version is kindda messed up.

Mine is a responsive theme, so I can't disable mobile.

So

Now I just want to make the background repeat itself, starting from the top. so at least there is a background from top to bottom. How do I do it?

Or better still to upload another background image that could cover from top to bottom in the mobile view without affecting the desktop view.

OK Jedi Knight:

Here is what I would do.  Make your page in three sections.  First has the image, second and third will have the image of galaxi as the background.  Make your galaxy image very long or have a parallax background (Then you need only two sections and you won't have to make your galaxy image very long).

The idea of the parallax background using another section was great and it worked pretty well.
