Help! My daughter can't access her exam portfolio!

Hi we desperately need some help!

My daughter has spent a great deal of time working on her A level portfolio(after her teacher advised her to use weebly), now when she logs on , she just gets the new start page before any editing has been carried out. We can view her work through a link to the finished website.

We have tried and tried to get to the help page, it just errors out and says page not found!

What is happening?

Hi, @Jon3802.

Usually, this means that someone is logging in with a different email address than was used with the account. I would have your daughter try any other email addresses she owns, otherwise, she should log out of that account and submit an account recovery request.
