Administrator rights

My site is asking me to contact the administrator to use the page password feature, when I am an administrator.

You'll see that as an administrator if the site isn't upgraded to a plan that includes password protection. Sites need to be upgraded by the site owner. Unfortunately, the wording saying an "administrator" should do it isn't very clear that it means "owner" and not just administrator.

I'm having the same problem. I am an administrator on my church webpage and want to upgrade. How do I find out who the site owner is? I'm thinking that it's a person who is now deceased so what do I do about that?
