cannot create or email archive zip file

I cannot create the zipped archive through settings. I haven't had trouble in the past, but today it isn't working at all. I go to 'settings' and to 'archive' and input an email to send the zip copy to, then click on the 'email archive' button. a zip file isn't received to the email address, nor is it listed in the recent exports where it can be saved by download. Please help?

Which site are you trying to do this with and is the site published?

the last time I was able to create an archive file was mid-April. (Although I didn't need to until this weekend).

it is working today! Maybe there was in internal reset, or maybe you did something from your end. Thank you.

I checked your account and I see a link for an archive on the Settings tab for that site. I wonder if there was a delay until it showed up? Let me know if you don't see it.

Yes, I have gone to settings and  put my email multiple times, not in email spam folder, I am listed as an Admin of the site...

Hi, @mpep. If you go to the Settings tab in the editor again, do you see a link for the archive in the section where you request a backup? Once a backup completes, it should provide a link there to download the archive.
