I've just noticed a problem with contact forms and I need to fix it urgently. I've tested in more than one page of my website and the forms teorically are been sent (the confirmation page appears), but not only are not received in the e-mail, as they doesn't even appear in the website editor. Is there any bug happening? Are those forms lost forever? Please, help me!
I am happy it worked. It was the Ipage people that said it was not working and they put a ticket out to weebly. If you found it works, great. THANK YOU.
I’m having the same issue. It doesn’t appear in either email or dashboard. I need this fixed by tonight as people will start submitting forms as of tomorrow morning!
It looks like a member of our team tested your form earlier today, @EdHowie, and gave a suggestion via Facebook on something that might help resolve the issue.

Sorry to hear you are running into an issue with this. Did you delete the contact form? I just checked the page and nothing is showing, however, I do see a form was submitted earlier today from an email that ends with @msn.com
Let me add my site to this issue. We have a contact us form and also an option to signup for email updates. They were just on the site when we created so left those options and just now realized they do not work.

Hi @Clatsch919 I just tested the form and it went through okay. I also see there's been a lot of forms that have gone through today. Can you please clarify the error you see?
It looks like you used an email form field but called it "first name", @danlu100. That field will expect text entered into it to match an email address, so it won't let someone submit unless they enter an email address as their first name. I would remove that and replace it with a short text box element instead.
Thanks @Adam! The entry is now being captured; however, I still don't receive an email when the form is submitted. Do I need to do something to switch that on?
It should send one to whatever email address you have set up in your form options (default is your account email address). Can you check your spam folder? I've seen them get filtered there once in a while.
I've the same problem. When I push submit on the contact form nothing happends...EXCEPT when I did the same process on my mobile phone browser. Is there a way to get it to work on Firefox and internet explorer not just on my iphone safari?
