Contact Form not working

Hello,

I've just noticed a problem with contact forms and I need to fix it urgently. I've tested in more than one page of my website and the forms teorically are been sent (the confirmation page appears), but not only are not received in the e-mail, as they doesn't even appear in the website editor. Is there any bug happening? Are those forms lost forever? Please, help me!

I have the same issue.  Only just gone live with site today, but the form entries are not in dashboard and not coming through on email either.  Have tried deleting form and inserting new form but still the same issue. Anyone have any ideas ?

It looks like 2 forms came through this morning, @THR. I submitted a couple tests as well, but I'm not seeing them yet. It's possible there's a delay and I'll try to get some more info for you all.

I don't see any updates with the known issue and it looks like the team is still trying to pinpoint where the error is occurring. The problem has been difficult to replicate, unfortunately. Can you please try to make a new page and add a new form so we can compare the results? Does the issue happen when submitting via mobile, or are you also noticing that it happens on desktop browser as well?

Hi I have the same issue. The Contact form on my site was working perfectly until I tried adding another page on the same site with a form today. Now no messages come through using either form, nor records on DB. Have deleted the 2nd Membership form for the moment. Any advice? Thanks

Hi @clairecarpenter I just submitted a form on your site and it showed up in your dashboard right away. Have you been testing this on your own or did someone report filling a form out?

I'm having the same issue today on www.asksparrow.com

Tried deleting the form and building a new one.

Tried creating a whole new page.

No luck - still doesn't work at all - what's causing this???

The engineers are working on a resolution, @deearomarketing. Are you not receiving the info in your dashboard or email box? Can you post a direct link to the page with the form, please?

How were you testing your form, @dejalynnea? I just did a test submission and I see it shown in the entries for the form.

Hi, my contact form also stopped working suddenly, and I seemed to have missed out on several days of new clients. Tried sending a text form which the website allowed but didn't show up in my website editor nor email. Www.smalltalktherapy.co.nz. Please can someone help urgently!? Our business is dependent on getting this fixed! Thanks, Fiona
