Contact Form is not working - not sending emails

Hello,

I just found out that the contract form we are using on www.kmdocs.ro is not working anymore - not sending the emails.

It worked ok for 2 years, several weeks ago I prolonged the subscription - not sure if this has something to do with the functionality.

I checked with several emails but it does not work.

Could it be something from Weebly side?

The problem seems to be from August 14, 2020 (date of the first form entry we did not receive).

Thank you for help,

Andreea Mocanu

The form appears to be working correctly. If you are not receiving the email notifications to your inbox you can whitelist the following emails:

no-reply@weebly.com
no-reply@editmysite.com
no-reply@promote.weebly.com
hello@emails.weebly.com

Hello,

Unfortunately the contact form is working randomly, for some entries the email is sent, for other not.

For example we have discovered that the emails are not sent for contact forms wit Opt-In NOT checked.

Could you please check once more?

Thank you,

Andreea

Just to be clear, you are not receiving the email notification to the assigned contact form email address, and this is only happening if someone does not opt-in? Did you receive an email for my test form I submitted? I did not check this box:

Can you check your spam folder, @Biscuitfish? Sometimes contact form emails can end up filtered there.

Yes we checked several times but still not receving. There's no record in the weebly contact form too when we are doing testing.

Which site are you having trouble with? I'll try submitting a test entry.
