I have tried a couple of email addresses, check spam folders, deleted and recreated the form.. I get the submitted message when testing, but no email is received.
Ideas on what to check?

There are some situations where our emails may be blocked or delayed by your email provider (which we have no control over). If you cannot find the messages in your inbox or spam folders, and you truly believe the messages aren’t coming through, then we encourage you to whitelist a few of our emails related to your website to help keep them from being blocked or delayed.
Whitelist the following email addresses by adding them to your contacts:
- hello@weebly.com
- noreply@weebly.com
- no-reply@weebly.com
- hello@emails.weebly.com
- noreply@promote.weebly.com
- no-reply@editmysite.com

Hi this is happening for me as well. I whitelisted the emails, but still no receipt at different email addresses (all gmail). Also, the "view entries" option in editor is showing no entries, even though I sent 4 test forms. Please advise!

Additionally, you are welcome to reach out to the support team so that a rep can escalate this for further research.
