I am trying to add pictures to my site however every time I try to upload a picture it says there is an error try again. I have rebooted my computer 2x and I have tried 4 different browsers. Additionally, the pictures are 500x600 87k
What section are you trying to add the image to? It doesn't sound like the image is too large..
