Can't log in to edit my site

When I try to log in or even simply get to the homepage, it tries to get me to create a new site.  Every link goes immediately to "onboarding."  I just want to get on my page so I can edit it.

I've sent a support request - I'm having the same problem - I can't log into my website - just get the onboarding page when I try to log in from any browser. Please help!

Hi @becwalker222 It looks like the password changed a few days ago. Do you remember updating the password?

Hi I thought I replied! It just takes me to the onboarding page. I can't remember changing my password but maybe? I've tried everything to log in

It looks like you have more than one account, @becwalker222. Make sure you are logging in with the email address that matches your username here in Community.

I can't log into my website: bethlehem-morristown.org. I've used my original username and password, requested a new password (recieved no email in my inbox), created a new web page, but I still can't get my bethlehem account to work! I've been trying to access it for 3 days without any luck. Is there anything else left to try?

Thanks for posting, @Loes8. Can you log out of the account you are in right now and then submit a request to our support team with our account recovery form? There should be an option you can choose to say you don't remember the email address.
