Say I created a website in HTML. Like in a .zip there was a JS folder, a CSS folder, and an HTML folder. Each folder contained .js files, .css files, and .html files for the different pages, respectively. How would I upload it to Weebly and host it there, if it is possible?
(I haven't started yet, because I want to make sure it's possible before I go all-out.)

It's a bit confusing. Could I upload entire HTML pages or just the headers?

You would need to make new page templates and add your HTML to that. We don't allow HTML pages to be uploaded directly in the theme editor.
